The Eagle Staff, often carried by Native American veterans, consists of a shepherd's staff wrapped in either otter skin or buffalo skin and eagle feathers.

WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi voted in support of the Senate Amendment to H.R. 1868, which would suspend Medicare sequestration, which reduces Medicare payments by a maximum of 2% annually, through the end of the year. In practice, this will avert $12.3 billion in Medicare cuts for providers.
